Bu de\u011fi\u015fim\/d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn bir y\u00fcz\u00fc, cumhuriyetle ba\u015flayan beklentilerin d\u00fc\u015fk\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na u\u011framas\u0131yla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Emek d\u00fcnyas\u0131 toplumsal anlamda da, siyasal anlamda da hak etti\u011fi yeri alamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kurulu\u015f y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131n heyecan\u0131 emek\u00e7ileri ileriye ta\u015f\u0131yacak at\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 g\u00f6stermemi\u015f, tam tersine, onlar\u0131n ald\u0131klar\u0131 pay\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclt\u00fcp onlara ta\u015f\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fck\u00fc artt\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Edebiyat -\u015fiir ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere- bu de\u011fi\u015fim\/d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme duyars\u0131z kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1940\u2019lara gelindi\u011finde \u00fclkenin i\u00e7ine girdi\u011fi olu\u015fum, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir d\u0131\u015f etkenin de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yla yeni boyutlar kazan\u0131r. \u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131, zaten h\u0131z kazanm\u0131\u015f olan sanatsal duyarl\u0131\u011f\u0131, emek d\u00fcnyas\u0131na getirdi\u011fi insan\u00ee beklentilerle biraz daha geni\u015fletir. Bu sanatsal duyarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n oda\u011f\u0131nda bulunan N\u00e2z\u0131m Hikmet hapistedir ve \u015fiir hem siyasal hem sanatsal ku\u015fatma alt\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Siyasal ku\u015fatma alt\u0131ndad\u0131r, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6ylemesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne engeller dikilmektedir. Yasaklamalarla, k\u0131s\u0131tlamalarla \u00e7evrilidir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda sanatsal ku\u015fatma alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 40\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda <em>Garip<\/em> hareketi ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, emek d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n duyarl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla i\u015flev kazanan \u015fiire sanatsal bir engel olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte iki y\u00f6nl\u00fc ku\u015fatma alt\u0131ndaki bir \u015fiirin temsilcileri, 40\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda bir yandan kendilerini var etme, bir yandan da geli\u015ftirme s\u00fcrecindedir. O\u011fuz Tansel, bu noktada kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kanlardan biri. De\u011fi\u015fim\/d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm evresi, bu ozanlara, s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yleme konusunda yasaklarla s\u0131n\u0131r getirdi\u011fi gibi, kendini geli\u015ftirme konusunda da zorunlu birtak\u0131m k\u0131s\u0131tlamalarla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze b\u0131rak\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Sanatsal k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda, <em>Garip<\/em> \u015fiirinden uzak durma gere\u011fi yer al\u0131yor. Bir ba\u015fka gereklik de, N\u00e2z\u0131m Hikmet \u015fiirinin \u00e7ekim alan\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmakt\u0131r. Bu iki k\u0131s\u0131tlay\u0131c\u0131 u\u00e7 aras\u0131nda, \u00fclkede ya\u015fananlar, bu ya\u015fant\u0131n\u0131n bireylere yans\u0131y\u0131\u015f\u0131, bir de \u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi temalar kal\u0131yor 40 Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ozanlar\u0131na.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u00e7\u0131nmalarla eldeki olanaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131, ister istemez bu ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n \u015fiirine ortak s\u00f6yleyi\u015fler, ortak i\u00e7erikler getiriyor. O\u011fuz Tansel\u2019in \u015fiirine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda onun s\u00f6zkonusu genel g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn d\u0131\u015f\u0131na en \u00e7ok \u00e7\u0131kan ozanlardan biri oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7o\u011funlukla d\u00f6rtl\u00fc dize k\u00fcmelerinin getirdi\u011fi s\u00f6yleyi\u015f ve ses benzerlikleri O\u011fuz Tansel\u2019de kesik s\u00f6yleyi\u015fli, ama ak\u0131c\u0131 bir ses d\u00fczeninde a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu dize k\u00fcmelerinin getirdi\u011fi i\u00e7erik kal\u0131pla\u015fmas\u0131na da onun yazd\u0131klar\u0131nda s\u0131k rastlanmaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 topluma, bu toplumun insanlar\u0131na kendi g\u00f6zleriyle bakabilmekte, g\u00f6zlemlerini \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir bi\u00e7imde dile getirebilmektedir. \u201cAdamlar\u201d \u015fiirinde, \u201cAdamlardan g\u00fcne\u015fi i\u00e7inde bulan, \/ Dumandan s\u0131yr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f da\u011f gibi, \/ \u201cBize uyu\u015fukluk yara\u015fmaz\u201d diye \/ Do\u011frulup g\u00fcrleyiverdi\u201d diyebilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Siyasal tavr\u0131n ve insan\u00ee \u00f6z\u00fcn yans\u0131mas\u0131, bir ba\u015fka benze\u015fme kayna\u011f\u0131. Ama O\u011fuz Tansel bu benze\u015fmelerden de uzak durmas\u0131n\u0131 bilir. \u201cYol\u201d \u015fiirinde \u201cBu, ya\u011fmurun, g\u00fcne\u015fin asfalt\u0131; \/ Patron g\u00f6rmeden dayan, Bayram, \/ Ate\u015fi alt\u0131n diye avu\u00e7lat\u0131rlar sonra. \/ Motora su koy, So\u011fukkuyu\u2019dan\u201d diyecektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130mge benze\u015fmelerine de, \u00e7izdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerle kar\u015f\u0131 durur. \u201cAdamla \u00c7ocuk\u201d \u015fiiri \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterilebilir buna: \u201cBir sevin\u00e7 par\u0131lt\u0131s\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131k tuttu yoluna \/ Bir adam bir kad\u0131n s\u0131rt\u0131nda o\u011flu \/ \u00dcstleri ba\u015flar\u0131 geceyle g\u00fczel \/ Y\u00fcr\u00fcyorlard\u0131 boyuna\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Benzetiler i\u00e7inde yer yer \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan \u00f6rnekler de dikkat \u00e7ekicidir: \u201c\u0130ri Sel\u00e7uk \u00e7inisi g\u00f6k\u201d gibi, \u201c\u0130\u015fimizin aynas\u0131 \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131\u201d gibi. Halk a\u011fz\u0131ndan al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f s\u00f6zlere getirilen \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015f\u0131m: \u201cSa\u011flam ba\u015f yast\u0131kla ba\u011fda\u015fmaz\u201d gibi. Kimi zaman da okuyan\u0131 sarsan bir uyar\u0131: \u201cKu\u015flar\u0131n hastanesi nerde\u201d gibi.<\/p>\n<p><em>Savrulmay\u0131 Bekleyen Harman<\/em> ve <em>G\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc Sevdi\u011fim<\/em> gibi O\u011fuz Tansel\u2019in ilk kitaplar\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu saptamalar, onun \u015fiirinin bu ilk d\u00f6neminde, ya\u015fanan ger\u00e7eklikleri yans\u0131tmay\u0131 \u00f6nemseyen, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 topluma ve \u00e7a\u011fa tan\u0131kl\u0131k ederken kendisi olmay\u0131, ortakl\u0131klar\u0131 kendi farkl\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f\u0131yla, s\u00f6yleyi\u015fiyle a\u015fmay\u0131 benimseyen bir ozan oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Ku\u015fkusuz ona bu farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flayan; halk yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi sevgi ve yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131, halkla birlikte duyma\/d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme d\u00fczeyine \u00e7\u0131kartan bir ki\u015filik ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><em>Da\u011f\u0131 \u00d6pmeler<\/em> adl\u0131 kitab\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan ikinci d\u00f6neminde O\u011fuz Tansel\u2019in bu ki\u015fili\u011fi, art\u0131k g\u00fcndelik ger\u00e7eklikler i\u00e7inde de\u011fil, (\u00f6zellikle Bilitis ve K\u0131ndam dizileri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutulursa) evrensel temalar i\u00e7inde geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir. Yurt kavram\u0131; bu geli\u015fmede, yaln\u0131z siyasal s\u0131n\u0131rlar i\u00e7inde yans\u0131maz; yurt topraklar\u0131n\u0131n tarih boyunca kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131\/kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn birikimi ku\u015fat\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yurdu tan\u0131ma ve ona sahip \u00e7\u0131kma, b\u00fct\u00fcn bu birikimi kucaklamakla e\u015fde\u011fer hale gelir.
